SHIVA CEMENT LIMITED (A SUBSIDIARY OF JSW CEMENT LIMITED)
We aim to establish a sophisticated and technologically-advanced 4000 TPD Clinkerization unit. The most challenging part of this project was to install this maximum output plant on a small portion of land (approx 20 acres). Ultimately, we managed to conquer this feat through detailed engineering.
This project consists of advanced equipment in an ultramodern facility, like;
a. A 5-stage preheater of minimum pressure drop, for conservation of energy and power
b. Installation of Robo Lab for better product quality
c. Our prime raw material, LimeStone, will be delivered through environment-friendly OLBC (Overland Belt Conveyor) in place of road transportation from our captive mines, which will reduce dust pollution for the well-being of the community around the facility
d. Building of a 11.6 kms rail track from the closest station, Sogra, with a siding at our plant would ensure lowered raw material freight cost and also lessen material loss during excessive handling
e. Installation of a a 7.0 MW capacity Waste Heat Recovery System Power Plant to reduce net power demand of the plant
f. A protective shed for all types of raw materials
